Warranty Terms
1. Proof of purchase is a pre-requisite to claim warranty.
2. Repairs/Replacement under warranty period shall be carried out by the company authorized personnel only. Customer can claim warranty by visiting www.storedead.com/warranty and also can connect customer care via whatsapp at +91 7310011116.
3. Right now dead only provides warranty through the official website and it is responsibility of our beloved customer that they go to www.storedead.com/warranty incase of any warranty related issues and fill out all of the required information correctly, if not filled properly it may result in cancellation of claim.
4. It isn't dead's responsibility if the customer's dead product gets damaged due to excessive dust/water or any exterior factor and this will also be checked during warranty claim if may found warranty will be rejected for the same.
5. If a product is sent to the dead authorised service center time taken in transit plus repair/replacement will be considered in the warranty period and the unexpired warranty period will be the same as the new product.
6. In case of any damaged cause by other than the manufacturing defect found in the product during examination by our engineers, dead has all the rights to reject warranty claim and charges for repair will be guided by dead to customers via mail or SMS.
7. In the event, if product's part is unavailable for repair or the same color product is unavailable for replacement, dead will send the customer another color as per warranty rules.
8. In case if customer has purchased dead official warranty extension licence customer will have to upload it's invoice to claim extended warranty and it's responsibility of customer to do so dead will not be liable for rejecting claim if document not uploaded.
9. Repair/Replacement cost will be covered by dead in warranty period customer will not pay any money to dead or no dead employee will ask any money from customer it's responsibility of customer to stay vigilant and not to pay anybody in name of warranty claim and dead will not take any responsibility if someone claims they lost money in name of warranty.
10. The dead has every right to not replace/repair the product if a 3rd party repair/void warranty seal is found while inspection.
11. dead will not be liable for any loss caused due to use or inability to use its product. Under no circumstances shall dead be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product.
12. dead products comes with standard 1 year warranty but our products "wiredA" and "wiredB" has 6 months of warranty for which dead will repair/replace said products which have 6 months warranty only two times in those six months and customer can claim those two warranty anytime in these six months it's entirely upto customer's discretion and after those two claims dead will be not be responsible for any warranty for said products.

THIS WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES
1. The product is not purchased from an Authorized dead sales dealer.
2. The product purchased is damaged by any physical means apart from manufacturing defects.
3. Defects caused by improper use, as determined by the dead.
4. Warranty shall be void if the product has failed under certain conditions/types(example: Waterlogging, misuse etc.).
5. Modification or alterations of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by the company personnel.
5. Defects due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to the service center or to the purchaser's residence.
6. Defects caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches or any other animals or insects.
Defective Product (If a product is purchased from dead official website)
1. Where a customer finds that a product is not functioning: upon opening of the Product Box within 7 days from the date of purchase, the Customer may mail us on hey@storedead.com with a valid purchase invoice to escalate the issue.
2. The product will be thoroughly checked at the dead service center as per dead approved technical parameters and policies . Post assessment and confirmation of genuine manufacturing defect, if any, by the dead service center, the product may be replaced or in case of unavailability of stock of same or similar product, a refund or dead product purchase coupon, equivalent to the consideration paid by the customer for purchasing the product will be provided to the customer, as per facts & circumstances and in terms of applicable dead policy(ies).
