Replacement of dead cases and screen guards is based on certain factors, which are given below, as part of para (a)

• Replacement or Exchange means the customer can return their product for same product in case of any problem they face, such as receiving a wrong, defective, or product that doesn’t match with www.storedead.com website.
• The customer can initiate replacement or exchange within 24 hours of delivery. No replacement or exchange will be entertained after given timeline, and dead would not be responsible for anything after given timeframe for said matter.

Para (b) dead doesn’t have refund policy for cases and screen guards sold on www.storedead.com However, in certain cases when replacement isn’t possible, our customers will be eligible to get refunds. In such events, customers will get full refund in the sauce account*.

As advised by dead, it’s recommended to make a video while opening the packet. In case of any issues like wrong or damaged products, we’ll need video proof for return processing.

Refund/Replacement will be done once we get the original product back to us. Customers have to upload pictures of the product while applying for replacement; we’ll match it with our product and approve/disapprove the replacement accordingly.
