Replacement of dead cases and screen guards is based on certain factors, which are given below, as part of para (a)
Para (b) dead doesn’t have refund policy for cases and screen guards sold on www.storedead.com However, in certain cases when replacement isn’t possible, our customers will be eligible to get refunds. In such events, customers will get full refund in the sauce account*.
As advised by dead, it’s recommended to make a video while opening the packet. In case of any issues like wrong or damaged products, we’ll need video proof for return processing.
