How do I pay for a dead purchase?

dead offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that dead’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

You may use Internet Banking, Cash on Delivery(Not available currently) and Wallets to make your purchase.

dead also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India and other countries.

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on dead?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on dead. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

Delivery fees are also free on standard shipping, if however customer opts for expedite shipping   extra charges will be applied according to our shipping partners policy. Please check shipping fees if opted for expedite shipping.

What is Cash on Delivery?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on dead, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

Unfortunately, we aren’t accepting COD orders currently due to operational issues. Once available, it’ll be updated on www.storedead.com.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on dead?

What Happens if My Payment Fails?

If somehow your accounts get debited and payments fail, dead will issue the refund immediately, and it’ll reflect to your bank account/card account within 1-10 working days, depending upon payment method.
