dead Cancellation Policy
Any product that a customer orders through www.storedead.com can be cancelled at any time before it’s processed and dispatched. The order cannot be cancelled after it’s processed and dispatched by dead. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep*
The time window for cancellation varies based on our fulfilment capacity, and the order cannot be cancelled once the specified time has passed, i.e., once orders are ready and processed by dead. Cancellation before processing of the order is free, and customers can cancel their product free of cost.
In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free post the specified time, and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.
In case of any cancellation from dead due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders. dead reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. dead also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time
*Please note that refunds in such cases will be processed after we receive the rejected product back at our warehouse. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
